Infomedia, Inc., and its affiliated companies, and its and their
employees (collectively "Infomedia") do not accept or consider
unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new or improved products,
technologies, product enhancements, advertising campaigns,
promotions, marketing plans or product names.
Please do not send any creative work, suggestions for products or
product enhancements, or other intellectual property to InfoMedia,
Inc.
Infomedia wishes to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes
concerning products, product names, promotions, marketing
strategies or other works that may appear similar to ideas
submitted to Infomedia. Therefore, please do not send your
unsolicited ideas to Infomedia or anyone associated with Infomedia.
If you send Infomedia your ideas, despite our policy, then the
following terms shall apply to your idea submission, regardless of
what you may state in your submission:
(1) your idea will automatically become the property of Infomedia,
without any compensation to you;
(2) Infomedia will have no obligation to return your idea to you
or respond to you in any way;
(3) Infomedia will have no obligation to keep your idea
confidential; and
(4) Infomedia may use your idea for any purpose whatsoever,
including giving your idea to others.
While Infomedia requests that you not send your unsolicited ideas
to us, we welcome your comments. |
